Where has MFP been all my life?!

5 weeks ago I purchased a runabout car. Until then, I was left to either walk everywhere or get a cab. Because of this I had no motivation whatsoever to get to the gym, let alone be organised enough to pack my bag of healthy lunch and snacks for the day.
Nearly two weeks ago I discovered MFP and it's like I have a whole new outlook on life. It was so hard before to 'guess' whether the foods I was choosing were healthy and I had the mindset that less is more. I was always tired, sluggish and slept in late.
Now I have my car, an ipod for my cardio at the gym and MFP to track my food and exercise calories, I have lost 3kg in the last two weeks, my stresslevels have decreased dramatically and I feel amazing for it. I am up at the crack of dawn most mornings and have way more energy. I look at food in a completely different light, it is fuel for my body rather than just something I do. Bring on weigh in on Friday morning!
