If I get a withings scale, and a garmin watch and sync them with MFP will MFP be able to update both apps with the information obtained there?

I'm not sure how Withings syncs data (their own app, or does it sync with Garmin Connect/other apps?), but MFP can definitely get data from Garmin Connect. And where weight is concerned, the opposite is also possible: weigh-ins in MFP are synced to Garmin Connect.0

My Garmin watch can sync directly with MFP. However, my smart scales only write to their own app (Healthkeep) but that app can connect to Apple Health. Apple Health is useless in itself but connects to both MFP and Happy Scale (a better data tracking app than Apple Health), so is a useful intermediary app. You may just need to play around with the settings so your equipment reads/writes data from and to the right places.0
