I'm going to my first BodyCombat class tonight! I'm so, so excited. I don't see it talked about that much on here. Anyone have any advice for first-timers ?

    Take it at your own pace :)

    Don't stop.

    If you get frustrated or tired, move to the wall as there is traveling, side kicks, and you don't want to be a standing target.

    Get water when you need to.

    and have fun :)
