    Todays plan is same as yesterday. A few miles on the bike in the morning, and weather permitting a run in the evening, otherwise it will be back on the bike. Our weather is awful for this time of year, really windy and hail showers & next thing the sun is out!

    June 5, 25.47 mi. HIIT ride and LA Fitness Spin class.
    My 2024 YTD Total Cycling Distance is 1,080.45 mi.
    I need to do 180 mi/month to get to 2024 by the end of the year.
    I rode 54.45 so far in June.

    Short ride yesterday because I got a 4 mile run. None 2day as I didn’t have enough time between work & family stuff. I ran another 4 miles & had hoped to fit in 3-5 bike miles but just cud’t fit it in. Tomorrow is looking short on spare time too unless I get up really early which I don’t want to on a Saturday morning

    Once again, forgot to log yesterday. Did 125% real-world gradient up virtual Puy de Dome and felt like I was gonna die by the end of that. Bleh. Today was just a workout ride due to lack of time.

    Went to fetch a new bike today for the kid, and completed Puy de Dome, all gradient options. Huzzah!!

    Ride 1 - 3.42 miles <- outdoors with new bike
    Ride 2 - 17.01 miles <- Puy de Dome, 75%
    Previous - 1652.70 miles

    Today was 1 ride, Zwifting up the Platzerwasel at 75%. Only ave the 50% left to go on that climb, and I'll have done every gradient option. Wee!

    Medical procedures and back wrenched out of place and dehydration headaches, oh my! Been a hell of a week. Rode every day, but was remiss on logging. Some of these efforts were serious nothing-burgers where it was just spinning the legs to maintain my 10-a-day goal. All rides in Zwift (if I fall off the bike there because of back spasms, at least I hit carpet instead of asphalt lol)

    Ride 3 - 10.00 miles <- 6/13, new route
