Activity level

Hey guys!
Hope you had a lovely Christmas and have a lovely new year!

So
My days at work I can do 16000-17000 steps
But on my days off I am literally like not so much a couch potato…but I got for a small walk to the shops

So what should I put as my activity level…to be fair?

I work 2-3 days a week doing the above steps

Shall I put active or lightly active?

Thank youuu :)

I’m quite pleased o haven’t over indulged at Christmas :D I’ve been quite good 😁😁 xx

You've been doing this long enough? Pick an activity level that gives a maintenance TDEE that's close to your actual maintenance, which you should know by now.

Congrats on not indulging. I can't say the same. Oh well, not a big deal.

I kind of flit and float between the two 🙈
Put a few lb on wayyyyy before Christmas…but Christmas week I didn’t pick at the chocolates and crisps and stuff like I normally do :)

Hope you had a good Christmas retro 😁 x tis the season to be jolly after all 😁

Just figure how many weekly calories you've been eating and go from there. Pick a level and see what it gives you. If the calories look reasonable then try that for a month and then review then and adjust accordingly.
