Newbie here; looking for advice on how to start & what has worked for others!

Hi there! I’m Katie. I just joined this app and hoping to change my life for the better. I’m 36, and just had my third baby. I gained close to 50lbs from this pregnancy and now sitting at around 200lbs that won’t budge. I also suffer from hypothyroidism so that doesn’t help with the weight either! I’m looking forward to starting a new healthy lifestyle and I’d love to feel and look like myself again for my children. Any advice on how to kickstart this journey and what worked for you, is much appreciated
