Alright - let’s go 2024!

Alrighty, here we go. 2024 is just hours away, and as usual I’m jumping on the’This year is my year!’ cart. A point comes where enough is enough, and this is it. I avoid photos as much as possible, but had a meet up with relatives recently and had a photo taken. So this is hopefully accountability, and a reference point for when I feel like I’m not making progress.

    Step one realizing you have a problem with your weight.
    Step two is to form a solid plan to lose the weight.
    Step three is to stick to the plan until step 2 is completed.
    Step four is forming a solid plan to maintain your new forever weight.
