Introduction

Hi, I’m BD. I live in Toronto, I’m 68 and realize my weight has been sliding upward. Although I get a decent amount of exercise but because of our lifestyle (travel back and forth between country and city) have not renewed my gym membership. I do 40- 60 minutes of yoga at least 6 mornings per week, and have an 8 month old dog who is keeping me walking a lot. I hope to lose 15 pounds in the next 6 months. I also have some degenerative arthritis, but the yoga is truly a lifesaver on this.
