RUCKING Exercise in Database

MyFitnessPal offers three Rucking pack weight levels (Light, Medium, Heavy) Does anyone know what weight of the Pack is being defined for each in the Database? Doesn't list the weight and there is no area to add a custom weight for your Pack.

"A light ruck, maybe 20-30 pounds and moving faster is a different workout than a heavier ruck of 60+"

I dont even understand exactly what "rucking" is, but couple of sites mentioned 20 lbs minimum, 1/3 body weight as max0 -
I assume the Light, Medium, Heavy refer to MET estimates, so it's an estimate based on additional load relative to your bodyweight, and the intensity of the hike, and your speed, perhaps a proxy for your heart rate during the session, etc. Basically, how vigorous your rucking session was.
The smart thing is to enter a conservative estimate anyway, since you probably don't want to potentially over-eat by estimating X and then eating more than X.0
