Love the Tickler!

Good morning, fellow MF pals!

Silly, I know, but I was looking at the ticklers this morning and couldn't think how inspiring they are. I like that they show much a person has lost, then how far they have to go at a certain point.

For me, seeing my progress in a visual doodad is neat. :bigsmile:

Anybody else have some inspiring tools they use for better health?

    LOL I have a love hate with tickling that after 1 min turns to very violent hate lol that or anyone trying to put anything near my belly button is way way worse lol

    I have an idea for a ticker for people who are maintaining... You have your current weight and 5lbs each way..
    You can have a pic if you go over of Tony Soprano and if you go too far under of Amy Mcbeal.
