Calories Burned During Exerice - eat them or not?

Do you increase your daily caloric intake to include the amount of calories that you burned during exercise? My thoughts are that if I don't eat my "workout calories" that I'll lose my weight sooner. Just curious to hear your experiences and thoughts on the subject.

I generally will eat some of them, not all of them though unless I'm working out so that I can binge on something later (like a night at the bar or something)0

50-75% is usually what I would do, better option is to calculate your TDEE and hit that number instead.
