    I mentioned this to one of our gym class instructors. He’s started lifting seriously and has somehow managed to get many of the staff to join him for group sessions a couple of times a week.

    He loves this idea and he might steal and alter your idea for the group.

    Ironically, he’s on MFP, but never comes to the boards.

    Inspiring people I've never met, nice. Not the original reason for this thread - I'm just a numbers geek who loves to track and categorize EVERYTHING - but if it helps even one other person, it makes it all worth it.

    Personally I've been using the FitBod app to track my lifts this year so thought I'd check if it also tracks total weight moved. It does, I'm at just over 3 million. Definitely motivating to see that it's possible to do 3 times as much.
