Hey! New to this but struggling to understand and implement the nutrition facts into the app in terms of the:
- Number of servings
- Serving Size
If the package says 700g? But I ate 1 or 2 eggs?

If you ate eggs, look for eggs in the database. They vary by size. I always assume 70 calories in the large eggs that I buy. For fun, I just weighed a few in the shell, and they were between 55g and 65g. The database agrees - it says a large egg is 50g and 70 calories.
The egg carton says that one serving is one egg, 50 grams, 70 calories, and 12 servings per container.
If I eat one egg, it's one serving. If I eat two eggs, it's two servings. When I eat one egg, I log one egg in the diary. If I eat three eggs like I did yesterday, I log three of 'em.0
