New here. Is there a spot to log my measurements?

I am brand new to the app. I want to track all my measurements not just weight and height (hips,chest, thigh - whatever). I am missing where it is possible to keep track and chart changes I am hoping for. Appreciate guidance. Thank you.

    Standard metrics on MFP are:
    - weight
    - neck
    - waist
    - hips

    On the desktop version:
    - you can enter data points for all the existing metrics, for the current day and days in the past ('edit previous entries') https://www.myfitnesspal.com/measurements/check-in
    - you can add other metrics you want to track (other measurements, or even things like blood sugar readings, with max 1 data point per day)

    On the app:
    - you can't create new metrics
    - you can add data points for all the existing metrics, but only for today: in the menu, tap on Progress and switch to the metric in question before entering a data point via the + sign
