Leftover turkey salad

Made a grab bag of leftover turkey breast and Brussels from Christmas dinner, red cabbage & red pepper leftover (from pre Christmas noodle salad), 100g of merchant gourmet glorious grains and some kale leftover from last nights dinner. Some zatar spices and voila :-). Super tasty but super full now lol
