Fat loss with muscle gain

Hi,

Would love to hear some personal experiences of fitness plans and nutrition plans followed by those in the journey of reducing fat while building muscle.

I am 67 kg, 36 yrs currently weight train three times a week while doing intermittent fasting for 12 hours and keeping a check on 1600 calories a day. I maintain atleast 60 gram + protein a day ( aiming for 120 on certain days )

The goal is to continue to build lean muscle while aiming for ten percent body fat ( and ultimately reducing by belly fat as well. As I have a apple shaped bely due to past eating habits of rice and high carbs )

So would like to see how others have managed to do this while cutting without losing muscle mass.

    10% for a female is very lean, in the range for bodybuilders/figure competitors on the day of a contest. Not sustainable for a long time period for most.

    Are you male or female? You don't say so but 10% for females is not really possible. For men it's a lot of work to maintain long term.
