Hello everyone! I’m Manny! I am here because I want to improve my fitness goals, but namely to get in shape for the DEA Fitness Test. Any positive encouragement accepted.

    Check out the Fitness and Exercise discussion area. You might find some good approaches there. Are you starting from a reasonably good level of fitness? I have no idea what the DEA test entails. I'm assuming a mix of cardiovascular fitness, maybe even a treadmill with EKG hooked up, and the ability to move quickly and quietly while wearing a heavy outfit.
