Check out the Fitness and Exercise discussion area. You might find some good approaches there. Are you starting from a reasonably good level of fitness? I have no idea what the DEA test entails. I'm assuming a mix of cardiovascular fitness, maybe even a treadmill with EKG hooked up, and the ability to move quickly and quietly while wearing a heavy outfit.0
