Trying this ap out to replace my WW. I’ve slipped and fallen from my goal a bit and want to get back down…. Hoping I can figure out this ap

    Welcome.

    You made me laugh. You wrote, "I've fallen, and I can't get down." Those of us of a certain age may remember that.

    Spend some time exploring. Start by just logging all of your food and exercise for a while. Then after a few weeks, you can figure out some good goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Go slow because this isn't a race. If you fall down, and most of us do, don't fret. Get up, dust yourself off, and keep on going down the path. It's just one fall. If you let it stall you, then it wins. So if you have a hiccup, just get back to it immediately. Don't wait until the first of the month or even next week or even tomorrow. Do it NOW. All we have is this one moment, and NOW is the only time you can make a decision.
