Any good chicken breast recipes?

I'm 59 years old. Metabolism has definitely slowed and I don't exercise much any more.
I am looking for good high protein and some fiber recipes. I am counting my calories daily on MyFitnessPal. Need to lose 15 pounds.

    For weight loss, it's all about calories. Track what you eat. Set a good goal. Go slow. With only 15 pounds to lose, you shouldn't try to lose more than a half pound a week. Those last five or ten pounds can be tough, but don't quit.

    There's lots of ways to get protein. Some have more calories, like nuts, so you have to be careful with those. Others like tinned fish or cottage cheese have less. Legumes are awesome. Fiber is a good one - oats have protein and fiber.
