Hi everyone

I’m not new but I haven’t really kept up with MyFitnessPal. I’m trying to start tracking my weight and food habits again. Recently I saw a Christmas photo of my family and myself and I looked let’s just say sick and not well. I must admit that I have been having very low self esteem and that has contributed to bad habits. If you guys have any words of encouragement that would be helpful and I would very much appreciate it.

    I can say that all that is required to change is already within you - maybe paint a mental picture of the goal state you desire then just start ‘walking’ towards it. Yes, as you take the first steps, you may feel a little discouraged because the journey may seem like a long one. BUT you owe it to yourself to keep waking to become the person you know you deserve to be.
