Back at it and looking for friends

Hey everyone! I've used myfitnesspal a few different times to lose weight and I'm back at it again. I recently gained around 20-25 pounds in the last year due to some stressful life circumstances that caused a lot of distress and basically put me in survival mode which caused me to gain the weight. Things are better now and I'm ready to get back on track.
A few things about me, I turn 31 in a few weeks and I'm a mom of 2. We are hoping to add a 3rd little one to our family soon so that's another motivation to wanting to lose weight so I can have a healthy pregnancy.

    Welcome back!

    What are you going to do differently this time to keep it off? Maintenance is exactly the same as weight loss, except you get a few more calories per day. Develop some good habits you can continue after you lose weight and then stick to them!
