Where are notifications found?

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
I have four notifications and have been through every area of this app and can't find out where they are coming from. wreaking havoc on my OCD😳

    If you go to your Home Screen, then look for the little bell icon (on iPhone it’s in the very top right hand corner), you can click on it and see all your notifications. I’m afraid I don’t know if it’s in the same place on android or online though.

    This has been bugging me since I installed the app (and I do not (I really do not 😁)) have OCD.

    Lol this was bugging me too. I turned off notifications for MyFitnessPal on my iPhone and it removed the notifications on the app. I’m good again lol. Hope this helps.
