Link myfitness palexercise to apple watch

How can I get the info from the circles on my apple watch to add to myfitness pal exercise? It shows move, exercise and stand, mostly want to track move I suppose, want to track exercise calories, or is there a better way to link exercise from my apple watch to myfitness pal?

    MyFitnessPal doesn't currently utilize or sync activity ring info from Apple Health.
