I just wanted to stop by and say:

You ARE beautiful no matter what. Don't let scale weight/society take that from you!

You ARE worth your wildest dream. So kick some *kitten* and achieve them all!

You ARE strong. One bad day is not your whole life, you can get back up again and kill it hard than before.

Be insane! Be happy. Dream Big. Live. Love. Laugh.

    Great attitude and my favorite thing to tell people that go over goal for the day... Kill it tomorrow! Forget about everything else and think about what your goal is and go for it!

    I tell myself this every day, and whenever someone says they've lost their motivation, I tell them the same thing. Motivation can get you over the first hump; then, you just gotta do what you gotta do to get where you need to be. :)
