By "again," I take it this isn't your first go-round.
What are you going to do differently this time? Losing weight is step one. Keeping it off is the long-term commitment you have to make if you want it to last. Go slow. Set reasonable goals, and develop strategies for success. Celebrate those successes, and by all means, STICK TO IT!0 -
I'm not trying to sound harsh, though I know I do at times. Take no offense at it
Do you try to brush your teeth every morning or do you do it? Nutrition and weight management should be like brushing your teeth; something you just do and not something you try to do for a few weeks, lose some, then stop. Finding the right way to get there is not easy though. I don't have one solution as everyone is different. Just posting to give you something to think about.1 -
