How the Heck Can I Change My Email

Moving to a new provider and my current email is about to explode. Even though the Settings menu implies one can make this miracle happen, I have had no success. I put in my current credentials, the change to email to my new service. Told it's not a valid email by which I assume I"m being told I'm not using the email with which I signed up. Very frustrating.

    If you are on a computer heres how: From the home page, click on SETTINGS on the darker blue

    Now on the right hand side of the page you'll see Account Settings scroll down and you'll see Change Email Address/Email Preferences
