mad a good choice at lunch today

Had some workers coming to my house today and had to be out of the house with my girls...which meant being out for lunch. We went to Jason's Deli. I looked over the menu (I love that they have calories, fat, carbs, proteins on their menu!) and chose the mediterranean wrap with fruit as my side. It was really good and I was so happy with myself. Normally I would have gotten their tomato soup (which is delicious but has lots of fat...25 grams in a bowl) or something else with lots of fat and chips. The wrap has more grams of protein than fat and only 306 calories. Normally I make really unhealthy choices at restaurants so I was proud of myself today and it was really good and I was very satisfied!

I love Jason's Deli and even more, that they have everything listed on their website, don't have trans fats in ANYTHING and no more high fructose corn syrup!
