Hello everyone! My name is Jamie. I’ve been on and off with my fitness/health for a few years. However, I’m truly ready to do so much better starting back this year! Best of luck to all of us!

    What are you planning to do this time that will be different so you succeed long term?

    What specific goals have you set, and how will you achieve them? What will you do after you hit your first goals? How will you build new habits that you can stick with forever?

    These are some good questions to ask yourself. Don't rush the answers, and you can change them as time goes on. Set good goals, and mostly STICK TO IT!

    Good morning! I have been procrastinating with taking care of my health. After a recent trip to the physiotherapist, I decided to start walking again more often and regularly. It has been 3 weeks so far and I have managed to walk 3 times a week. Each walk has been 30-40 minutes. My current goal is the increase the frequency of the walks per week. :)
