New/Not New

I have head this app a few times tbrouyghoit my weight loss journey.

But I took a break from it for a good while.

So when I stared I was 250+lbs but ov er the last 5+ years with ONLY diet & exercise I lost 100lbs and then kept it off for 2+ years.

But then my life got hit hard and I gained 23lbs in 10 months...and I'm DESPERATELY trying to get back to where I was....

Do I will provide photos when I can...

Losing 100 pounds is amazing: That's great. It's also really good that you've caught yourself when up only a smaller fraction of that many pounds. That bodes well for future outcomes, IMO.

You probably know that gaining 23 pounds in 10 months means you've averaged fewer than 300 calories above weight-maintenance calories during that time. That's not much: Calorie equivalent of maybe a serving and a half of peanut butter, or even a generous serving of creamy salad dressing. It's easy to eat that much extra (don't I know it! ;) ).

The implication is that you can reverse things with some fairly moderate changes in routine, whether decreased calories eaten, or increased activity (daily life stuff or exercise). Given your history, I feel quite certain that you know how to do this, and can.

I'm cheering for you to succeed - given your history, you know it will be worth the effort, in quality of life terms.

    Best wishes!
