    Done! I have been on this keto ride for what feels like forever, and I always do so well from Jan-September, lol. Then I gain back all of the weight I've lost and have to restart at the beginning of each year. This year I would really like to stop that terrible cycle.

    hey y’all! my names allie 😊 this is my 2nd weight loss journey. back in 2021 i lost about 40 pounds on a calorie deficit and now i’m back trying to loose the last 15 - 20. I am on day 6 of keto. Idk if i am in ketosis yet but definitely experiencing keto flu rip.
