Im trying to lose weight

My goal is to lose 2lbs a week. That's requires discipline and consistency. But where I go wrong is my diet.

Can someone suggest a good food meal prep place? Time is limited on my part to cook and prep my meals. Any help would be appreciated.

    could you prep dinners on a weekend and store in tupperwares? pull them out throughout the week?

    i like to shred chicken breast in crock pot and divide up into containers with rice, black beans, guacamole, bell peppers, etc.
