Asian Male 27yo 5’5 180lb

Hello all, my name is Travis and I’ve been a MFP user for about 8 months. I am a wannabe Powerlifter but have been using the age old powerlifting excuse that “mass moves mass” for too long. The first 2 months I was actively engaging the app and tracking calories and activity and lost around 10lbs. Some how or another I fell off and stopped tracking. Looking for like minded individuals to hold each other accountable on this journey. In my free time outside of trying to get fit I stream for fun. I have been powerlifting for a little over 7 years now and my current beats are 455lb squat, 315lb bench, and 500lb deadlift. As I cut weight my strength goes down and down. Hoping to find the balance there

    Welcome to the community! It sounds like you have a good idea of what you want to do, and you're already getting after it.

    If you haven't yet, check out the "Gaining Weight and Bodybuilding" discussion group. Powerlifting for sure isn't bodybuilding, but that's where I'd look if I were looking for powerlifters. There are several here, and some of them do amazing things.
