heart rate monitor??

I'm looking for a decent armband heart monitor that i can connect to MFP.
I just got a VR headset and want my calories burned from exercising to automatically sync here. I don't want to spend tons of money. Is there anything out there? TIA!

    you might want to get a fitness tracker - most of them track heart rate, some have apps that sync directly with MFP or with google health that then syncs with MFP. i use chest strap monitors most of the time and fitness trackers the rest of the time.
