That's a pretty broad question.
How about: Medium-rare ribeye steak grilled over charcoal with a little melted butter and a squeeze of lemon. Lemon doesn't have many carbs. Of course if you season your steak before you cook it, you'll get sodium.
How about: A can of unsalted tuna mixed with a chopped shallot, some celery, a hot chile, some garlic, and a splash of olive oil?
How about: Oven roasted broccoli crowns with quinoa?0 -
Meat, fish, fowl or eggs seasoned with herbs, a few veggies and a little fruit. Whether you can have a starchy veg or grain depends on how low carb you're trying to go.0
