Just like planting a tree (or a bonsai), the best time is 20 years ago, and the second best time is TODAY.
And as long as we're talking about TODAY, if (more likely when because we all do it) you have a bad day and go off the rails, don't wait to get back after it. Next week is too far away. Don't even wait for tomorrow. Get back on track TODAY. The only moment we have that we can make a decision is right now. It looks like you've made a good one, so STICK TO IT!1
