I'm 29 F, have been trying to go at it for sometime now. I used to do mainly calorie deficit before but wouldn't see much results and get demotivated and give up. Have tried adding weight exercises too now.. but still feel no difference and makes me go back to my old habits again. I have slow metabolism.. even though I don't really eat much have always been the fat one always. Hopefully this time it's gonna be different 🤞🏾

What are you going to do differently this time to keep from going back to old habits? Hope is not a plan. You have to decide to do something different and then STICK TO IT.
Do you log every single thing you eat and drink? Do you use a food scale? If you log completely and honestly (and use the correct entries from the database), and if you are in a caloric deficit, you will lose fat.0
