Lets get after it (together)

For the first time in a long time maybe ever I am dialled in and committed to getting healthy. My intention is to test to myself and find out who I am and to follow my dietary restrictions. I am committed to the struggle and willing to push myself. Now is the time for me, I will hone in on all areas of my life. Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. I believe in me and I believe in you. I am open to share experiences and open to listen and take advice I send only positive and powerful vibes to everyone. Let's Go!!!! -Chris

    Welcome! It's great that you are going to get started with a journey to better health.

    What are your specific goals? It's good to recognize that it's not easy, and it's good to be committed. But to what are you committing?

    A goal should be specific. It should be measurable. It should have a deadline. It should be challenging but attainable. What are your specific goals? I'd say that would be a good first step - setting some specific, measurable, challenging, attainable goals with deadlines. Then develop strategies to achieve them. Otherwise it's really hoping, and hope is not a plan.
