Hello, I’m Cher! 🥰 I am 5'3", Type 2 Diabetic with around 60 lbs to lose. I would like to make some friends on here who also track and share their daily food and exercise logs! Would enjoy getting to know others who want to lose weight, share recipes, tips, motivation and inspire one another to keep going!

My goals for January :

📝Log daily
🙆‍♀️Stretch daily
💦 Drink more water
⚖️ Lose 60 lbs

Starting weight January 1st:
Jan 1 - 188 lbs
Jan 7 - 186 lbs
