I've tried to lose weight before so not exactly too new but with my bad work schedule I lacked the motivation to cook healthily and exercise.

Here's to a new start! I've been feeling the pounds really pile on for the last few months and i've just sat back and let it happen. I was casually watching the TV the other day and seen an ad for Diet Chef and thought i would look into it. After a bit of research i've decided to give it a go and I am currently on Day 1. The stuff is really nice, i feel really full and i've only consumed 1,000 calories today! Now that my cupboard is packed with a month full of food, there's no excuse not to stick to it. Could do with some motivation so feel free to send me a friend request so that we can motivate each other :D
