I ate 3k calories in a span of 30 mins at night HELP

So today I will dedicate the whole day to burning fat, I did good on my diet but now I am failing and feel like a *kitten* up. My plan is to do 10 miles and maybe more with a mix of treadmill exercises like walking, incline walking, jogging, inclined jogging and running any advice to shed this off by today

Punishing yourself for eating too much is a dangerous mindset IMHO, a sliding slope towards disordered eating...
I think it would be better to reflect on why you ate too much and what you can do to avoid that it happens again/ make it less likely or less frequent. For example: was it a binge due to a too strict diet, was there an emotional trigger, etc.4
