Hello. I'm 46 and basically have made eating healthy and exercise a lifestyle change many years back. In the past I was a yo-yo dieter.. With age comes wisdom and I understand that diets never work. My hubby and I joined WW many years ago and truly have adjusted all aspects of our life. Of course, eating out and enjoying good food with friends/family does cause for preplanning meals but it can be done. Just getting back on myfitnesspal to try to get off 16 lbs that I added last year when I threw marathons into the mix. I am determined to get that 16 lbs back off and maintain before it gets even harder to loose. Already eating healthy and with all the exercise I do, it is a challenge to loose. I have the maintenance thing pretty good. Would love to get a group of friends on here to talk over small goals and celebrate victories to keep us positive and moving toward the best life we can live... Susan

Not too many men on MFP seems like. I just started. Type 1 diabetic. Too much weight on my frame is increasing my resistance to insulin which in turn forces me to use more insulin and gain weight. Gonna have to work on that. I'm 44. Feel free to add me. I need all the help I can get.
