Why do my macros goals keep changing

The %'s? Or the grams?
If you are adding exercise calories, manually or automated syncing, then the macros go up accordingly, while maintaining the desired % split.
This is one reason I ignore the macros and focus on getting a daily target of protein in grams.2 -
Every time you record an exercise, your calorie “allowance” goes up.
At the same time, your macros increase as well, proportional to the calories you’ve recorded.
It’s like doubling a recipe. If you want to make two batches of cupcakes, you don’t just double the flour. You need to also double the eggs, the baking powder etc.0
