Hello, I am wanting to build muscle, lose fat, eat healthier, and remove most of my sugar intake from my diet. I do well with the nutrition piece most of the time; however exercise is not in my routine other than i am active at work and walk 12000 to 16000 steps a day... Looking for people who wiill support me in my journey.
