I can't seem to accept my friends request and she doesn't even get my requests for her

    Go to "Help" from any page and submit a support ticket. Look to the right for the side index here ~~~~~~~>>>

    Is she clicking the checkmark, or your name on the request.

    If using iOS app, it’s very easy to click the name instead of the checkmark, or even the X to decline.

    Clicking the name just shows you their profile, which is going to be closed anyway if you’re not already friends.
