I'm not sure that @Hpowen needs insight on how to get started. I think they will just use this space as a public way that they will hold themself accountable. As we all know, each of us is the only person who we can be accountable to. We also know that STICKING TO IT is the only way long term. Keeping this public log does both. I'm sure if there are questions, we'll hear 'em.
