Is there a way of entering half hour of weight lifting?

I do a bunch of free weights and machines, is there a way of entering it like that, without going into details of every exercise, sets, reps? Thank you

    Sure, you can find it under Cardiovascular > Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)

    You can include the rest between sets in the total time of the exercise.

    Thank you, I was just looking to add a general weight training total rather than each exercise.

    Make your own. It allows you to do that.(or at least it used to)
