Change The Ugly New Dashboard

If anyone else is offended by the monstrous new dashboard that has FOUR ugly "Go Premium" icons on it and is overkill, please state it here. There are better ways to promote the premium services. This turns people off.
I'm already unhappy that some features that were free have been locked like viewing macros. Adding new features that didn't exist for pay is different.
Make it smaller with one icon encouraging people to update to premium and that would be a compromise. Keep it classy.

I see no reason to have 4 icons to subscribe. One is plenty enough.3

I liked it when Under Amour was the major sponsor.
Still works for me the wat it is I suppose...1 -

You are right. It is off putting. Seems like it was built for the app, and nobody cared to test it on web browsers. It's clearly ugly and looks broken.2 -

The original creators were two young and talented guys. That is when MFP was at its best. I was fortunate to join when they were still onboard before they were bought out by UA.1 -
Bumping to get this noticed for more feedback. Anyone out there?0

I don't like not having my weight loss total unavailable to me. It kept me motivated. 78 lbs and growing was a real feat I was proud of to see every morning. One "Go Premium" icon is plenty.3

Any screenshots? I don't think everyone has this new version of the dashboard, I'm wondering what it looks like.0

It's huge, messy, blurry and ugly in my web browser. It shows four "Go Premium" icons which is overkill and doesn't show the details that the former dashboard showed which was helpful. So, now you have to pay for that view again?
They think taking things away from us and making us pay for things we already had for many years is a good thing? I can't recommend this site anymore like this.

So now you have to have premium to track macros at all? That’s insane!

I have always thought the dashboard was wasted space. It makes just one more step to get where I'm going and supplies no information. (Yes, it has calories left, but I loosely prelog, and check macros as carefully as calories, so it's of no use to me). I said in the beginning I'd rather not have it at all, and the new format has done nothing to change my mind.2

I respectfully disagree because the original dashboard was useful and informative and didn't take up that much screen space. This ugly new dashboard is a useless contraption that screams commercialism: "Pay for me! Pay for me!" It only serves to benefit the owners of this sinking ship.

It won't be long before you need to be premium to track calories. They keep taking more away from us and the system is buggy to boot.1 -

Is that supposed to replace this homepage?sunrise611 wrote: »Any screenshots? I don't think everyone has this new version of the dashboard, I'm wondering what it looks like.

If we're talking about the homepage of the desktop/browser site: the old version didn't show macros either. Macros are still available in the diary?
This just looks like their aligning the desktop site with the app regarding the landing page.0 -

Yes, it replaced my home page dashboard in my web browser. If you are using the app, you are likely seeing the old view that I used to see as per your photo. Much nicer!

No, the app dashboard changed a while ago, that's what the new browser view looks like it's imitating.
Not sure why the browser view hasn't changed for me, but probably a phased rollout (based on location perhaps)0 -

The view you are showing is what I used to see in my web browser and want back. I prefer that version. I guess you will get my ugly version soon unless they wise up and ditch that mess so no one has to see it.1 -
In the dashboard, I still want to see the Goal weight # ... Food # - Exercise # = Net # like it was since the inception of this website when talented programmers were at the helm. I don't want to have to pay for the same view that I had because greedy capitalists have seized control.2

Anyone else seeing the new ugly version of the dashboard and want it back the way it was?2
