Does anyone know the cals/nutr info in 100g of salmon sashimi?

I can’t find anything on nuttab and some sites are saying 205 while others say 146 or even 126 :,)

Well, it depends on the type of salmon, whether it's wild or from a fish farm, whether caught in summer on winter. It really differs a lot with salmon. Dose the USDA website have some info on various types of salmon, or the place you bought this from?

Yes, they do. A 100 gram serving of raw Chinook has 187 calories, ~12g fat, and ~20g of protein. And obviously no fiber.
