Would substituting low cal substitutes, such as Stevia for sugar and egg whites for yolk, work? This would lower the calories.

Thanks for the recipes! I copied all of them into my recipe file.

    I make

    Mug brownie

    Ingredients:
    1 egg white
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar substitute of choice
    Pinch salt
    1/2 tbsp plain yoghurt
    1/2 tbsp water
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp baking powder

    Directions:
Put everything except the baking powder in a mug. Mix well. Add baking powder and mix again.
Firmly tap the mug on the counter to release any large air bubbles.
Cook for around 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on your microwave. The top of the cake should be solid. Flip cake onto a plate to cool.

Sometimes I add a 1/4 tsp of both protein powder and ground lsa to make it more cakey. And sometimes before cooking I scoop out 1/2 of the mix, add some jam, put the 1/2 of the mix back in and cook. Have ordered some sugar free chocolate syrup which will be a welcome addition :)

I like the mug brownie. sometimes I add a bit of peanut butter to it. I figure it's still better than making a whole 8 inch pan of brownies.
I may have to try the others. thanks.

I just worked out the calorie count for these recipes and WOW!!! The cheese cake is the lowest cal ( who would have thought!!)
    1 cookie at a time = 468 cals
Mug Cheese cake = 169 calories for plain
321 cake - I'll have to weigh it all out first so later, but probably one of the lowest
single serve brownie using butter and milk = 609 calories
    & Coffee Cake in a Mug = 516 calories

Most of these are a meals worth so I will avoid for now!!
