Where to find meal plans for hard gainers?

I’m an ectomorph about to start on yet another attempt to put and keep on some mass. The main reason for this post is looking for some meal plans for weight gain. Most resources are for low cal, low carb, weight loss. I’m just looking for more options beyond chicken and rice for meals maybe some that pack a punch on macros but not as filling (if that’s possible). I’m just a twig trying to be a branch. TIA for any tips or resources.

Just search out foods you enjoy and eat enough to be in a calorie surplus. Get in your correct amount of protein and fill the rest in with whatever you want. Peanut butter and banana sandwiches were my go to when I was young and skinny. Whole milk to wash it down….

Good news is: things like ectomorphs don't exist. Have a look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somatotype_and_constitutional_psychology to start with.

Gaining mass is not easy for everyone. A good weight lifting routing and enough protein is key. Yeah, it will take years of course, but that's true for everyone else. If someone claims they had mega gains within no time then it was likely not with legal means. So relax, get a good training and eating plan, and don't give up.

Peanut butter and avocado sandwich. Never mind. That sounds awful. Peanut butter sandwich and then later avocado toast.

Have you checked out the "Goal: Gaining Weight and Body Building" discussion area? You might find some good guidance there.

You can also check out this Google document to look for foods that have lots of calories AND lots of protein.

Did you take a look at the thread for hard gainers here?

If you want a specific detailed meal plan with recipes, there are apps that will do that. The one linked below lets you set your calories and macros based on your needs. I'm not saying the output will be perfect for you, but it does allow for cases like yours where you need higher calories:
